Great location on 4 O'Clock Rd a couple blocks to Main St. After a day of skiing just take 4 O'Clock Run most of the way down then cross the road to walk back to the condo. An electric fireplace, cozy mountain decor, and a stocked kitchen make this place feel like a home away from home. The building also has free parking, coin laundry, and a heated pool and hot tubs.

The condo is nicely renovated to have a mountain cabin feel and is fully stocked with all of the amenities you could need!

• Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
• Top floor location - This condo is on the third floor and requires stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.
•*While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run is OPEN*
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.

Parking Limit: 1 - Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places don't have it in our area!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> The primary booker must be at least 21 years old.
