Peaceful setting close to downtown Breck and Peak 9 lifts. Cozy two bedroom/two bathroom in the wooded Warrior's Mark neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the sunken living and dining area. Two bedrooms, featuring a king bed with ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom with two twins. In-unit washer/dryer, On free bus route. 8-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift or a 2 minute walk to the free bus stop.

• Please note: This property is on the 3rd floor of the building. There is no elevator.

Great Location!
• 8-10 minute walk from the Quicksilver Lift/Base of Peak 9. *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season.
• 2 minute walk to the free bus stop. The bus continues to downtown and the gondola.
• 10 minute walk to downtown, South side of Main Street and excellent shops and restaurants.

*There is a door with a deadbolt in the guest bedroom that connects to the outside and the backside of the building.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

Other Things to Note
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

It's clean and an easy walk to the lift and downtown. Jesse made everything super easy and was the most proactive of any of the hosts I've interacted with providing info. The prices in Breck have gotten insane and this place was very reasonable. More than worth it bang for your buck.

We really loved our stay here.

Cozy, clean, and inviting space. The sunken living/dining space really adds a nice dynamic to make it feel bigger and helpful for those in the kitchen to be involved still. The walk to to the bus makes navigating the downtown a breeze and it's a quick and easy walk there. One watch out is to pay attention to which stop you're accessing as two are walkable/in line of sight - if going towards town you want to use the slightly further stop (base 9 vs. mill run but both are on the same route). Parking was easy and the ski locker even had sleds which we used at the local sled hill. Jesse was helpful and communicated well, even helping to arrange a crib we had delivered for our stay so it arrived before we got there/picked up after we left. We enjoyed our quiet coffee mornings, watching the sun come up on the peaks and cozy nights w/ the fire/porch resting up for the next day of activities. Such a great town and Jesse's place worked perfectly. Would recommend!

Great Unit!

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen and living area, beautifully appointed. The primary suite was perfect and had all we needed. Just a note; the secondary bedroom would be great for two smaller children, but our adult-sized teenagers felt a little tight. But overall, this was a nice, quiet rental for a quick ski vacation! Jesse, the host, was a fantastic communicator and answered all of my many questions promptly and thoroughly. I would absolutely seek out one of the units he manages again!

A 100% refund will be given up until 30 days prior to arrival. Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be given. Within 14 days of arrival there is no refund.


Payment Schedule:
