• Bedroom area with king bed (this bed is made up of two twin mattresses pushed together), dresser and electric fireplace, located on the main floor. *Please note that the bedroom wall shared with the condo's hallway does not go all the way up to the ceiling (see photo in listing).
• Loft area with queen bed, open to the living and kitchen area - a full flight of stairs is required to reach the loft area.

There is a laundry room in the building with coin operated machines. We supply a starter pack of quarters.

• This condo is located in a building that is located on Main Street in downtown Frisco
• Easily walkable to all shops and restaurants on Frisco's Main Street
• Take your pick of any of the nearby 4 ski areas that are easily accessible from this location
• In the summer, enjoy the Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon, walkable from the condo and located at the east end of Main Street. Featuring a beach(!), tiki bar and playground. Power boat, paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available here.
• Nearby hiking trails include Peak 1 and Rainbow Lake, starting from the south side of Frisco.
• *This condo is located on the second floor of the building and requires a full flight of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

Other things to note
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Maximum occupancy (4) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the surrounding ski areas' lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This property is located at an elevation of approximately 9,000ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip. Refunds are provided only according to our cancellation policy, and we are unable to offer exceptions for weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

A 100% refund will be given up until 30 days prior to arrival. Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be given. Within 14 days of arrival there is no refund.

An administrative fee of 4.5% is applied to all reservations to cover administrative and booking costs.

Payment Schedule:

50% of the total amount will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
