• Hiking and advanced skiing access to peak 10 is located 150 yards down the street, at the junction of White Cloud Drive and Gold King Way
• Free shuttle stop located at the corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud Drive. The shuttle picks up every 15 minutes and drops off at the Mountain Valley Lodge for easy access to downtown or The Village and the Quicksilver Lift. This shuttle typically begins running around Thanksgiving and ends in early to mid April.
• Quiet, private neighborhood

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• Hot tub towels are provided.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» The minimum age to rent is 25
» There is a $120 pet fee per reservation with dogs (not per dog) and a strict maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs are permitted.
» Maximum occupancy (16) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Ski-in/out access is only for advanced skiers and requires Peak 10 to be open so ski-in/ski-out accessibility cannot be guaranteed. Please check with Breckenridge Ski Resort for open terrain.
» Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy are not permitted.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy:

A 100% refund will be given up until 60 days prior to arrival. Between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be given. Within 30 days of arrival there is no refund.

An administrative fee of 4.5% is applied to all reservations to cover administrative and booking costs.

Payment Schedule:

50% of the total amount will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
